Do you have an ambassador program? 

Yes!   

If you are interested in applying to become a Manuela Co. Ambassador, please fill out our ambassador application form.  Please be patient as we get many requests, and will respond as promptly as possible with application details.  Response time varies from a few hours to up to a few days.

Please note:  The Curated Collection is EXCLUDED from the ambassador discount.  Ambassador gifts are FINAL - therefore, please consult individual size guides and read product descriptions thoroughly! 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! 

How long does shipping take?

We aim to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours of placement.  Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks after fulfillment. 

Please note:  Ambassador orders may take longer to fulfill and this is dependent on location and demand/supply of individual products.   If stock is low, we give priority shipment to customers.   Current feedback from ambassadors is that most orders are arriving in 2-3 weeks, while others are arriving in 4-6 weeks.   

This shipping time is an estimate and is not guaranteed, as there are other local factors (such as customs holds) that can affect your timely delivery, and are out of our control.

We use trackless shipping for ambassador gifts.

If I purchase multiple items, will they arrive together or separately?

We base that decision on a few factors.  First, we have providers all over the world and therefore items will frequently be shipped separately.   Second, we consider backorder status.  We have experienced a fast increase in demand recently (March 2019) and we have faced many items being sold out or backordered.  If that is the case, we prefer to ship items as they become available rather than ship everything together, which would delay shipments.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the number of items in your cart. The maximum number of items allowed per order is 10.

How can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have shipped your order, we are unable to make any changes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Well, it depends!  

If you paid full price, yes!  Full price items are eligible for returns and exchanges.

On discounted items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

How do I know my payment is safe?

All payments are processed using industry standard, bank-grade AES-256 bit encryption.
